Successful leads can come in place in many ways and take many forms. Below, you can find examples of how they may come in place based on real cases from previous years.

A local real estate agent introduced Copenhagen Capacity to a German/French company wanting to build a Pan-European training centre with up to 90 employees. Copenhagen Capacity prepared reports for the board and they decided to establish an office just South of Copenhagen. The company considered 5 more locations. (Success fee: 240,000 DKK)

A US based consultant working for a medium sized Boston based company developing their North European strategy. The consultant and Copenhagen Capacity coordinated the development of a Northern European Strategy, invited the client to Copenhagen, presented benchmarks, network etc. The plan will soon be presented to the board with the goal of an office opening in Copenhagen Jan 1, 21012 and the creation of six jobs. Another US based consultant found that a German company hired a Danish CEO for their US operations. The company wanted to expand further in Europe, and the Danish CEO helped open the doors for Copenhagen Capacity. The case is expected to result in a Nordic HQ with 15 employees in Central Copenhagen within the next 4 months – and not in Stockholm. An Italian design company needed to further develop their Scandinavian design capabilities. They considered establishing a small design centre either in Copenhagen, Helsinki or Stockholm.
