HØJE-TAASTRUP
Høje-Taastrup is one of the Capital Region’s larger municipalities, with a population of approximately 46,000. The municipality has 3 towns with railway stations - Taastrup, Høje-Taastrup and Hedehusene - as well as smaller villages and rural areas.
It also has some of the Capital Region’s very few remaining undeveloped areas for housing and commercial properties.
Høje-Taastrup offers ease of access to the entire Capital Region. Høje-Taastrup forms part of the urban growth region between central Copenhagen and Roskilde and offers direct motorway access to all four points of the compass.
Copenhagen Airport is only 30 minutes away by car and most of Sealand, Funen and a large part of Skåne in Sweden are within 1 hour’s drive.
The town of Høje-Taastrup is a regional centre for trade, transport and business. The town’s railway station is served by international and intercity/regional trains, Copenhagen’s S-train network and express S-buses.
